When I picked up the car I was very unhappy with the condition and cleanliness, I asked for it to be right in my pre emails. Then I rang and asked for a swap and no one got back to me.
Counter staff was having a bad day at pick up due to sick staff so was without a bus driver. Another customer was quite abusive. Staff member told them what to do. I felt the staff member could have handled it better but it was a tough situation
Drop off was very smooth. Counter staff did say "Thanks" for my help from the previous time
The add ons requested were not installed and the car was only three quarters full of fuel!!
Once we got all that sorted we were on our way.
