I was incredibly unhappy that I did not get the economy car I had rented and instead got an SUV.

I wanted the car I rented, an economy car. I did not want an SUV. I doubt that I would rent from Routes again. Although I rented for a reasonable price, the add ons for insurance, some of which I did not really need, I found very irritating.

the car exceeded my spectations, it was a Sahara Jeep Hybrid, the best thing I ever tried, we need to change all gas vehicles to electric or hybrid, I dont spend too much money and drive a lot!

The vehicle delivered was no comparison to what I wanted - They pushed an off the road jeep on us that we drove just down the block and it was the most horrible ride..We turned right around and they put us in a Kia Forte which was a lot better. It drove great and got good gas mileage
