Unpleasant pickup process.

We switched to another car halfway through, and the vehicle was in excellent condition. Both pickup and return processes were quick without any upselling. A very cost-effective company.

The booking was very easy, the location is a bus ride from the airport, the staff was excellent, and the experience was awesome! Thank You!

The price drop platform worked well. Great car for a great price!

The customer service was awful. They were cheaper than competitors, but you get what you pay for and I find that disturbing.

Good third party firm. The business model is effective, but the firms benefiting from the outfit must comply to higher quality standards.

Ended up with a Jeep Wrangler Sahara. Only other choice was a Dodge Durango. We preferred to have a smaller vehicle for better gas mileage. The Jeep was “cool”, but buffeted a lot in the wind on the freeway. And it only got 19 mpg. Routes did compensate us with a half tank of free gas, as we complained and requested such upon accepting the car.
