Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.

Very good. Everything that needed to be said was clearly explained, without any annoying up-selling.

No extra insurance upsell, both pickup and return are within the airport.

Excellent service. You can confidently rent a car from this store. It was a pleasant experience.
