I wanted to rent a car with a spacious backseat that could fit three 24-inch suitcases, so I specifically chose a Volkswagen Golf. However, when I arrived at the rental office, there were only two Indian staff members with very average attitudes, and they said only the CHR was available. There is a wide range of vehicles to choose from, the location of the car lot is convenient, the cars are new, and the process is fast and simple. However, be cautious as they may claim that the car you originally booked is unavailable and try to upsell you to a more expensive, luxurious model, along with unnecessary insurance and equipment. The additional insurance and equipment they offer are quite pricey. In my opinion, roads in Europe are generally good, and drivers tend to follow the rules; if you have good driving skills and are cautious, the basic insurance is usually sufficient. Dare to say 'no' to their 'enthusiasm'.
