I am a fully prepaid customer. Upon arrival at the pickup point, I was informed that 2 basic insurances were not included. Contacted the car rental company immediately and was told this often happens, so I had to pay in advance. However, I have not received any clear information about reimbursement yet. An additional 241 USD has been deducted from my credit card. Be cautious when booking through this car rental company!

During pickup, the staff repeatedly emphasized that the insurance included in my order was invalid and insisted I buy additional insurance. The process was extremely inefficient.
