Couldn't rent the car. Upon arrival, Budget said we hadn't paid the deposit. I had clearly paid 100 yuan on Taobao. They gave me a different and more expensive price.

A very professional chain rental company with dedicated parking spaces at major airports. From picking up the car to returning it, everything was very convenient! “The car is old, hence steering wheel was loose and also a bit dirty inside the car.”

Need to be clear on which airport terminal. We arrived in International terminal but the car pick up is at domestic terminal. This was not made clear when made booking. Lucky the domestic airport is next to the international airport terminal. However is troublesome to enter into domestic terminal as need to go through security scanning.
