The car rental process was smooth. The staff just asked if I wanted to upgrade the car model or buy additional insurance. I declined, and they quickly prepared the contract. I was then directed to the parking lot where a staff member brought a similar type of car. The rental process was smooth. Later, in Los Angeles, I accidentally bumped the front bumper. When I exchanged the car, the staff noticed I had insurance, making the return process smooth. Therefore, having insurance is quite necessary. Additionally, if you're not far from the airport, they can arrange a driver to drop you off at your destination for free!

The Alamo company is quite good. There are plenty of vehicle options, and they are relatively new. The Jeep I rented had only driven a bit over 2000 kilometers. There were no additional charges or upselling. Just take your printed rental confirmation and proceed directly to complete the paperwork. The printed contract is the same as the rental confirmation.

The Alamo counters are always busy, but it's worth it - they look after me and that is appreciated. I won't go anywhere else.
