1) The car was different from what I chose and expected. 2) When I went to check in and pick up the car, the amount I needed to pay was higher than what was printed on the reservation email's receipt (after deduction of the child car seat). When I asked the staff about the discrepancy, she just asked me which agent company I used and told me to contact Zuzuche! She further told me that if I didn't pay the new amount, I could not take the car. It seemed like they could change the price at any time, regardless of the reservation details!

The service was excellent. I had originally booked a sedan, but when picking up the car, they upgraded it to an SUV.

Everything was smooth and quick, though the queue was a bit long.

Acceptable.

The process of picking up and returning the car in Tasmania was very quick and smooth, very convenient.
