You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. Even after buying the most expensive insurance, they still recommended an additional $10 insurance, claiming the one I purchased was not comprehensive enough. Frankly, I have no idea what's missing, but their attitude was relatively good.
