Very satisfied. The entire trip went smoothly with no issues with the car. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic; the only minor drawback was that their English wasn't great, which made communication a bit challenging.

As an international car rental company, their service should be more global. Their only response to customer requests is: NO, which is very frustrating. They lack empathy and understanding. If someone was alone in a foreign country and everyone just said NO to them, how would that person feel?

They upgraded the booked Mercedes C-Class station wagon to a diesel Touareg 3.0L with real-time GPS free of charge. It was a new car with only 1200 kilometers on it. Solved our luggage issue. The service was attentive, and they introduced us to famous German attractions.
