The vehicle was in great condition, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were very smooth. One small complaint: the staff were a bit too aggressive in pushing insurance and additional services, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was very good.

The staff were very enthusiastic. The clerk recommended collision damage insurance for $15 a day. Considering it was my first trip, I decided to buy it. Changing cars was very convenient. At the car rental center next to the Las Vegas airport, I found the Alamo area. I drove in, the staff checked the car's exterior, scanned the barcode, and the additional insurance fee was charged.

Renting a car is convenient and fast, the staff is very friendly, and there is no pressure to buy insurance. Prices are reasonable. The car is very new and there are many options. Very satisfied! I will rent from them again next time.
