Vehicles rented in the United States can be driven into Canada, with the exception of 12 or 15 passenger vans,cargo van，luxury cars but must be returned to the United States unless Renter has pre-arranged with Provider to drop the vehicle off at one of Provider’s approved locations in Canada whereby a transborder fee may apply. First, I thought picking up the car with my order would be easy. But at the counter, the staff tried to sell us various insurances. Since we couldn’t understand the language, it was a waste of time. They also suggested we upgrade to a bigger SUV for an extra $100 per day (we had someone nearby translate this for us). We refused, and then they offered the upgrade for $50 per day, which we also declined. In the end, refusing was the right decision because one SUV was enough for four of us. We followed the full-to-full fuel policy, but they still charged us $66. At that time, we couldn’t communicate and didn’t ask questions. After returning to our country, we found out it was for the fuel. Basically, we refueled the car and they still charged us for a full tank. This is really frustrating. If we didn’t return the car full, they should have communicated with us, but they just deducted the money directly.

The vehicle was in great condition, and the pick-up and drop-off processes were very smooth. One small complaint: the staff were a bit too aggressive in pushing insurance and additional services, which made me a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was very good.

The staff were very enthusiastic. The clerk recommended collision damage insurance for $15 a day. Considering it was my first trip, I decided to buy it. Changing cars was very convenient. At the car rental center next to the Las Vegas airport, I found the Alamo area. I drove in, the staff checked the car's exterior, scanned the barcode, and the additional insurance fee was charged.
