The additional insurance and equipment they offer are quite pricey. In my opinion, roads in Europe are generally good, and drivers tend to follow the rules; if you have good driving skills and are cautious, the basic insurance is usually sufficient. Dare to say 'no' to their 'enthusiasm'.

There are actually very few Viano models available from HERTZ. When we went to pick up the car, they didn't have any left. They said our luggage was too much and that vehicles of the same grade wouldn't suffice, suggesting we upgrade to a VITO116, and charged us an additional 400 yuan for the upgrade. In fact, we didn't see any other vehicles of the same grade as VIANO in the parking lot.
