changing the car for car malfunctions was unnecessary had the service desks in milano checked the availability as requested, they told me to go to another office and on the way i passed through areas im not sure the car was supposed to pass through, and got stuck in a no car zone, this is such a shame.
in the end they sent me to the airport and there it was dealt with in good manner.
Fantastic, the time taken at pick was dealing with documentation and getting everything in place, which was not a problem. The staff servicing us was excellent.
Drop off was very quick and efficient.
