The initial process was good. However, after returning the car, there was an additional charge without any notification or written explanation. Directly charging the credit card like this is very unsafe. I suggest improving this.

At the car rental center next to the Las Vegas airport, I found the Alamo area. I drove in, the staff checked the car's exterior, scanned the barcode, and the additional insurance fee was charged.
