About RIGHT CARS: 3.0 /10
The pick up location was not specified in the reservation. I called them several times to pick me up from the airport. The Right Cars front desk charged me for rental insurance while I had Comprehensive coverage. They also overcharged me for unlimited toll pass. They forced me to buy it. I ended up paying 3 times more than what I expected based on the rate specified in Easyrentcars.com. It was the worse expereice that I have ever had with rental car companies.

Felt like I was cheated with the insurance. Didn't see anywhere where I had to drive my insurance. First time in 25 years I had to and then told my coverage was not enough. Will not ever use you again.

Please refund my deposit. We called you to send us a shuttle to which you told us you cancelled hours earlier. We reminded you we had an after 6pm arrival. You wouldn’t come get us and you said you had no car for us. Please refund my deposit.

It's a scam. The price seemed good, and they said they require proof of insurance. I brought the proof when I went to get the car, but at the counter they said I needed a half a million worth of coverage (I'm not even kidding) and that I would need to buy their insurance, which was much more than the car rate itself. Of course I turned it down, and will never go again.

Never picked up the car. The people at Right Cars couldn't tell us how to get to their location. They kept telling us we needed to find a bus stop number 7, but two differen't people didn't know where it was. No one who worked at the airport could tell us where bus stop 7 was. I had to call them 3 different times and still couldn't find the shuttle. We walked around for over a half an hour trying to find this bus stop that didn't exist.
