As an international car rental company, their service should be more global. Their only response to customer requests is: NO, which is very frustrating. They lack empathy and understanding. If someone was alone in a foreign country and everyone just said NO to them, how would that person feel?

They upgraded the booked Mercedes C-Class station wagon to a diesel Touareg 3.0L with real-time GPS free of charge. It was a new car with only 1200 kilometers on it. Solved our luggage issue. The service was attentive, and they introduced us to famous German attractions.

The car's condition was excellent! It was basically brand new, and the service was five-star. Due to my carelessness, I locked the car keys inside the car in Switzerland, but the company, based in Germany, resolved it within a few hours! Thank you so much!

Very satisfied. The entire trip went smoothly with no issues with the car. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic; the only minor drawback was that their English wasn't great, which made communication a bit challenging.
