Do not rent from Avis, they take advantage of customers. The car provided was seriously different from the one booked. Booked a Toyota, got a JEEP instead, and the fuel consumption was extremely high. Booked a gasoline car, got a hybrid instead, but using the hybrid as a gasoline car resulted in small tank capacity and high fuel consumption. I felt like I was always either refueling or on the way to refuel. The car's condition was poor as well; the car they gave me had a big dent that wasn't repaired but still rented out.

Overall service is satisfactory.

They added a lot of insurance without informing me.

The queue time was a bit long, two or three people took almost an hour.

The tire burst, and the car didn't have a spare tire. I had to sleep in the car for a night in Monaco. They gave me another car, and I had to pay 700 euros.
