Great company

The cars from Caro are very new. I booked a Mercedes C-Class station wagon, but they gave me a brand new Mercedes E-Class station wagon upon arrival. An upgrade without additional cost, fantastic! The car was diesel, very fuel-efficient, and powerful, easily reaching 220 km/h on the highway when there was little traffic. The pick-up process was very simple. I had reserved to pick-up and drop-off at Frankfurt Airport. Upon arriving in Frankfurt, I contacted the car rental company, and a friendly gentleman driving a Caro-branded van met me at the airport's Exit 5, holding an A4 paper with my name on it. He drove me and my luggage to the rental office, checked my driver's license and notarized documents, swiped the deposit, got my signature, and I was all set to go. It was a pleasant start to my road trip! When returning the car a day earlier than planned, I filled up the tank and arrived at the return point at 9 PM. The company's staff had left for the day, so I contacted Caro, and they told me to drop the car keys in the mailbox for self-service return. Not feeling assured, I drove the car back to the hotel and returned it the next morning. On the way, I encountered the Caro van and tailed it to the return point. The gentleman drove very skillfully! After some back-and-forth, the fuel gauge dropped slightly. I explained the situation to the gentleman, and he waived the extra charge with a wave of his hand. Amazing service! It was a smooth and pleasant car rental experience!

The staff provided enthusiastic and proactive service, and the car was in excellent condition.

The service was excellent. We rented a BMW 5 Series Touring but got a Volkswagen Touareg SUV, which was diesel and automatic. We were extremely satisfied. We only spent a bit of time finding the rental point as the rental company does not have a fixed location; they are located at the information desk in Terminal B at Frankfurt Airport. The procedure was very simple: present the rental order, driver’s license, and credit card. After completing the paperwork, a staff member drove the car to the entrance of Terminal B. We inspected the vehicle, signed the document, and left with a full tank. The car was a new model from August this year with only 10,000 kilometers. It exceeded our expectations.

The company is small, but the staff are enthusiastic and attentive. The car is in excellent condition, almost brand new.
