The procedures were quick and professional. However, the staff responsible for inspecting the car were not professional enough. We noticed some scratches on the car which they denied at first, but later confirmed after we pointed out that it was already noted in the rental agreement.
The rental office is inside the airport, it's a small storefront with two counters for processing paperwork. However, as this is a big company, the procedures were completed very quickly; it took only about ten minutes to finish everything. We picked up the car from the garage, and we were very satisfied.

My flight was delayed and because I did not give the flight number upon reservation, Europcar had already rented the car out to someone else. They told me it would be hours before I could get the class I booked again. They made me pay the difference for the next class up. Not happy.
