In Málaga, Spain, Budget and Avis are located together. After collecting our luggage, we followed the signs directly to the rental area. There were noticeably fewer staff at Budget compared to Goladcar next door. The service staff's English was just enough for communication. We added full insurance, which is very necessary. However, the TOMTOM GPS device was not very good. The guy at the parking lot when returning the car was also very friendly.

The car we got in Budget was very good. However, service at pick up was poor. We had to wait a long time to get the car as it was not available.

“Value for money but short on cars had to come back next day for right car”

Tried to charge me for fuel but had to show them it was Full to Full. Then gave me a van instead of a car and said they didnt have anything else. Was asked to come back next day and picked up a better car. Hassle but worth it in the end
