The Nissan Quest has spacious and comfortable passenger seats, but the trunk is too small; Thrifty's employees did not explain the contract in detail, which led to duplicate charges like insurance.

The service was quite fast, and the car was good.

We couldn't ultimately rent the desired Jeep Grand Cherokee, only an equivalent Enclave. We made efforts to switch cars at the rental site, but due to the one-way rental situation, many cars were restricted. We also called Dollar's customer service, but the phone lines were down due to continuous snowfall.

The car was in good condition, and the service was good, except the driver's attitude when dropping off at the airport was terrible.

The company staff were very nice and helped us resolve some procedural issues. The vehicle was also very new. Everything was wonderful and went smoothly. We will choose this company again next time!
