The Nissan Quest has spacious and comfortable passenger seats, but the trunk is too small; Thrifty's employees did not explain the contract in detail, which led to duplicate charges like insurance.

Good and very convenient.

The service attitude was excellent, without aggressively pushing additional fees. The price for a full tank of gas was reasonable. The car was in good condition and the return process was simple and quick.

Overall, not bad.

We couldn't ultimately rent the desired Jeep Grand Cherokee, only an equivalent Enclave. We made efforts to switch cars at the rental site, but due to the one-way rental situation, many cars were restricted. We also called Dollar's customer service, but the phone lines were down due to continuous snowfall.
