It's okay

The quality of the car met my expectation. It was a hybrid car which was fuel efficient.

The booking process was easy and clear. I cancelled a booking and re-booked the car and the whole process via the App was smooth.

The car was an automatic which was phenomenal and quite roomy and small enough to manage the small streets through the highlands

I was a little unsure if you would know that I returned my car in time and to avoid additional charges but I see you are aware it was received. I had not received anything that it was to your expectations with full tank of gas returned, etc.

At first, we were very delighted to have a wonderful service and the counter staff Neda was very helpful in stating out the terms and conditions and she stated that we would be able to change the credit card for payment and have a different credit card to be charged when returning the car. As we were returning the car, we were surprising when the rude Indian clerk told us that it was impossible. Then proceeded to shoo us off and told us that we could only call the hotline (which was already close by the way) to remedy the situation. We felt cheated by Neda for giving us hope that we could change our credit card payment and use a different card and we felt shamed by the rude attitude that the Indian Clerk was given us. We won't be renting from europcar ever again.
