After repeated confirmation with customer service, they stated it was insurance related to the tires. When I returned the car and received the invoice, I noticed hidden charges for something I didn't understand. QEEQ indicated that the tire-related charges could be refunded, but the other would require an appeal. This deceptive experience was particularly distressing.
