The service attitude was okay, but because I did not purchase the additional insurance, the car provided was in poor condition. It was a red Kia with no power to climb hills, and the engine was unstable, functioning inconsistently. In the signal-less mountains, it almost stalled, scaring me half to death. During the 9 days of self-driving in the USA, I was constantly on edge, worried the car would break down in the middle of nowhere.

I provided my phone number to get their notice. After 2 hours waiting by the counter, they did not inform me the car was ready until I approached asked the staff, then he said my car was ready....
