Horrible. I would never rent a car from here again.

The absolute worst car rental company in America..shiesters..it’s like getting pick pocketed in a supposed business..run as far as you can from them

The staff at pick up was rude. car was very dirty inside. I feel like this was a total scam!

This was the WORST car rental I have ever experienced. There was no wiper fluid, the engine light would not go off, there was a terrible ticking sound from the steering column when you made turns, the air pressure light wouldn't go off, the car was dirty, the pick up experience was terrible, and the FORCED me to take the extra insurance, even though I already had insurance through state farm. NEVER AGAIN.

They did not explain what was needed for insurance and charged me without telling me. They also tack on a bunch of hidden fees like mileage and sunpass once you get there...

The staff at the rental counter were terrible. They made it seem like you couldn't drive in Florida without a Sunpass and did not have any maps. We later found out that there are very few toll roads that are Sunpass only and we were able to pay for a few tolls with cash. It seemed like a scam. And the check-in took a long time. I will not rent with them again.
