After arriving, you must call them and go to the Avis across the street to wait for the shuttle to the car rental company. The ride is about 10 minutes from the airport. The car was terrible, the exterior was all scratched The car smelled bad, had to open the windows for ventilation, the air conditioning filter definitely hadn't been changed in a long time. From airport pickup, car rental, travel inquiries, driving tips, to refueling before return, the service was excellent throughout. Very patient and detailed. Thumbs up!

I forgot my driver's license, which was extremely embarrassing. Fortunately, aucar was understanding and rented us the car; otherwise, we would have been stranded.

Condition of car was not up to standard. Poor Customer service as well.

Vehicle only quarter full at pick up. Vehicle blowing massive amount of smoke on acceleration and following vehicle stopped us to inform us. Informed desk on return and either didn't understand or disinterested.
