Language was a small problem when talking on the phone. Address for the return is incorrect on the website/confirmation for return, staff member did say to return to collection point but didn't emphasise that it was different to confirmation text. Also staff had no idea where closest petrol station was to refill prior to return....told to google it!

All good. Discount offers are in USD & I am in Australia so of no use!

The wait time to pick up the car was extremely long. The car was in poor condition, the tires were misaligned, and it was not given to us with a full tank, making refueling very inconvenient when returning the car.

Overall, the service was fine with full Chinese support, just that the response on WeChat was a bit slow. Booked a Japanese car but got an American Ford.

The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.
