No Chinese service, and they tried to upsell insurance. If you don't buy their full insurance, they hold 11,111 euros on your credit card. We were in a hurry and didn't argue with them, partly because of the language barrier. It seemed impossible to hold such a large amount, so we didn't pursue it further. The GPS provided by the rental service was mediocre; our phone worked better. They gave us a Jeep with over 60,000 km, and its condition was really poor.

Fairly ordinary, nothing particularly good or bad

Normal car rental procedures are fine, but making changes can be somewhat troublesome.

The service was excellent. The rear windshield wiper broke for some reason, but the girl handling the return was very friendly and said they would try to waive the fee. So far, no charge, very happy.

Long wait on booking in, vibration through steering probably wheel balance, wipers were not very good and one head light was out.
