About Alamo: 6.0 /10
This is the only company so far that added insurance even after I declined it. I usually don't check carefully, and I've never had any unauthorized additions before, so I felt comfortable signing off. This time it was particularly annoying. Luckily, it was a short rental, and they only charged me an extra 50 CAD.

As I mentioned before, walking to the airport should be accurate, if driving navigation is inaccurate. It's hard to find the car rental return location at the airport.

The service is very patient, but it's all in English. Luckily, I had a friend there to pick me up, which solved everything smoothly. If you don't speak English, it could be troublesome.
