Incorrect pickup location information; there is no counter at the airport. The car was given to me with half a tank of fuel, and I had to return it with the same amount.
Their hotline doesn’t even work. No one pick up the call when i want to send the car and the services from their staff was bad because they didn’t respond well
Like: Vehicle in good condition and clean. The process of picking up and dropping off was easy and fast.
