Great, the car was in good condition, quick and convenient.

The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

The lady at the rental car company was very friendly, chatting about everything. Although she worked slowly, I was very satisfied. I reserved a Ford Edge (5-seater), but got a Mazda CX-9 (7-seater) instead, which was great. Returning the car was also very quick, took just 3 minutes.

Friendly and convenient

I have been charged 435 US dollars outside of my already paid amount for this reservation. 174 were cut as security and 239 have been cut after we dropped it off. This is highly unprofessional and has not even been authorized. ALSO NO RECEIPT OF THESE DEDUCTIONS HAS BEEN RECEIVED. Please have this reversed.
