There was a rental company staff waiting for us in the arrivals hall right after we got off the plane. After gathering a family from the same flight, she drove us to the rental car point, which took only a few minutes. During the drive, she explained the traffic rules in New Zealand. Upon arrival, an employee immediately helped us with the procedures without any wait or pressure to purchase additional products. The service attitude was excellent.
Renting and returning the car was super convenient, communication was seamless, point-to-point service, and the car was in good condition. Highly recommended!
