Picked up the car in Vancouver, returned it in Calgary, wonderful trip!

Very satisfied

When we went to pick up the car, we had already completed the rental process and printed out the car rental order from China. However, the procedure took over 20 minutes. After paying the remaining balance and signing the documents, the agent was about to leave the counter. While organizing our documents, I realized my international driver's license translation was missing. We called the agent, but he ignored us. We searched through all possible luggage but couldn't find it. When we asked other staff members to help us locate the agent who assisted us, they informed us he had already left for the day. We insisted on reviewing the surveillance footage and finally discovered that my international driver's license translation was stuck underneath the computer keyboard. We wasted almost an hour at the pick-up location. There was no warm service, only frustration and anger!

Long queues, waited for nearly an hour.

The vehicle was in excellent condition! It was brand new! Very satisfied!

Not bad. There are quite a few renters, so sometimes you have to wait in line.
