They gave me a Ford Explorer with just over 20,000 kilometers on it, equipped with 4WD and hill descent control. Many thanks to the American lady at the AVIS parking lot at Salt Lake City Airport, who patiently used the translation app to communicate with me and helped me get the car change. This made my driving experience in Yellowstone Park extremely comfortable.

They charged us without proper investigation. If we hadn't discovered the issue ourselves, we would have lost thousands. During the resolution process, the car rental company assisted, but they just blamed a staff error without even an apology. If I were in the USA, I would have definitely sued them.

Queue and processing time were too long. We had to wait for more than an hour and a half despite being exhausted from the trip.

They provided us with a booster seat for our child at no extra charge.
