After failing to provide the pre-booked vehicle without a valid reason, she unilaterally changed the reserved model, pushing for a more expensive car. After I refused, she offered a low-configuration car at the original price.

Had to wait in line a bit to pick up the car. Despite the language barrier, communication went smoothly with Google Translate.

When I suddenly realized that I didn't bring my driver's license from home, I was glad I had arranged for a notarized copy beforehand, as advised. The staff was responsible and called the manager to verify my documents, while reminding us to drive carefully. The car we reserved wasn't available, but we got an upgrade for an additional fee. Overall, the process was quite satisfactory. Returning the car was quick.
