The QEEQ website didn't list Katowice airport as a drop-off location, but thankfully the staff allowed us to return the car there when we picked it up, saving us a lot of trouble! However, I strongly advise against renting a car to travel from here to Warsaw in Poland; the road conditions are terrible. Also, the pick-up point stated that they operate until 9 PM, but we arrived a little after 9 PM and fortunately, someone was still there. Otherwise, we wouldn't have known what to do.
1. There is no physical store at the airport. 2. Despite the agreed time being 8 AM, I had to make several calls hours in advance, and they arrived only at 9:30 AM. 3. Malicious claims. 4. No staff was present to inspect the car during the return process. 5. No full tank policy; the car provided only had a range of 130 kilometers. 6. I will never rent from such unreliable small companies again. Everyone, beware and don't fall for them.
