It was very convenient to extend the rental period via phone, and the insurance coverage was comprehensive. The service was excellent, making it reliable and hassle-free.

The rental location is very close to the hotel, just a 10-minute walk. There were not many customers in the morning. We originally booked a Dodge 7-seater, but we got upgraded to a newer and more comfortable Toyota Sienna. The paperwork was simple and took only 15 minutes. The return location at the airport offers 24-hour service, and the return process was even faster. The inspection was done in less than 5 minutes, and the staff confirmed everything was OK. Additionally, a driver took us back to our hotel, which was very considerate!

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

The platform is fantastic. Really have enjoyed using the website and the comprehensive information it contains making the booking process so much easier.

Like: Vehicle was very roomy and great gas mileage. Will be back for next family trip.
Dislike: All was good. Except I had to return vehicle a day late and was charged 38 bucks instead of the standard 26 a day that I had paid. Other than that it all went well.
