The car rental company did a good job overall, but they were dishonest. They initially gave me a very small car that couldn't fit my luggage. I requested a larger vehicle, but they lied and said there were none available. However, after QEEQ customer service intervened, they provided me with a car that met my needs.
When returning the car, other company staff were assigned for inspection and scammed me out of 10 euros for a basic car wash (just sprayed the exterior with water without wiping, and didn’t clean the interior at all) in Montenegro.
Excellent experience for my first car rental. They even upgraded the vehicle for free with no upselling or hidden costs. The process of exchanging the car was straightforward without any unnecessary hassle. Highly recommend this company.
