Aside from arriving late at night and waiting at the counter for the Indian staff member to appear, everything else was fine. The management is very good, and both pick-up and drop-off are efficient.
There was no detailed explanation about the full fuel service. They only asked if I needed a full tank when picking up, but didn't mention that after purchasing, I could return the car with any fuel level. This led to a direct loss of 120 CAD.
I had already purchased full insurance through QEEQ, but the rental company staff kept discussing insurance with me. Due to my poor English, I thought it was a different insurance and ended up purchasing again. Additionally, the rental staff emphasized that their fuel price was cheaper than outside, but since I didn't actually refuel, I think they might be comparing with high-grade fuel prices.
