Dissatisfied. The app didn't inform me that the second driver had to be at least 25 years old. My child is 22 with 4 years of driving experience, but they were not allowed to be an additional driver. As a result, I had to return the car 4 days early and it caused a lot of inconvenience!

We arrived at the airport a little after 7 PM. There were no other customers at the rental counter, so the procedure was quite fast.

The car was very new, almost like a brand-new car.

The pickup and dropoff were very fast, and the staff had a good attitude, but the car's condition was not particularly good.

Car was great, pick up location very easy. Very quick process. The only negative comment is about the staff at the counter during pick up. Not professional and not helpful.
