There was no Chinese service at both the pickup and drop-off locations. I booked the car for 3:30 PM, but I had to wait at the airport for over four hours until almost 8 PM to get the car. Additionally, they gave me a brand-new car with a very strong new car smell. Especially after being parked and exposed to the sun for a while, the smell inside the car was so strong that I felt nauseous. During our self-driving trip, I didn't dare to close the windows. This rental experience made my family very unhappy during the trip.

Waited in line for a long time to pick up the car. The RAV4 I rented was replaced with a Qashqai.

The attitude was okay, but they didn't explain key points about picking up and dropping off the car. They didn't escort us to check the car and just left the key for us to find it ourselves.

We booked a car at a location that wasn't in a busy area, but when we arrived, the office was closed. We had to call a nearby location and then take a cab to pick up the car. Fortunately, it worked out, but it did waste some time.
