The lady at the rental car company was very friendly, chatting about everything. Although she worked slowly, I was very satisfied. I reserved a Ford Edge (5-seater), but got a Mazda CX-9 (7-seater) instead, which was great. Returning the car was also very quick, took just 3 minutes.

We rented two cars simultaneously. The staff providing service for my friend was excellent, but the staff assisting me didn't let me choose a model and assigned one directly. Additionally, they tried to upsell other insurances.

The service is very convenient, attentive, and fast. The procedures are simple, and both picking up and returning the car are quick. The price is slightly higher than other companies, but you get what you pay for.
