The staff at AVIS in San Francisco Airport were very rude, especially a long-haired Black girl and a chubby White guy, both had bad attitudes. Initially, they gave me a car with a broken window and many scratches on the door. Later, when I found an AVIS PREMIER service guy on the same floor, his attitude was much better, and he gave me a brand new car.

The staff from AVIS was rude when I rented the car. My contract included a GPS, but they didn’t provide it proactively. They also gave me a car with some minor issues. Thankfully, as an experienced renter, I could handle it. However, newcomers might not receive good service.

Great experience, the car had 6300 miles

There were quite a few people in line, and with only a few counters, I waited for more than half an hour. However, the crowd indicates that AVIS is quite popular.

Renting a car is easy, the vehicle was as specified, in good condition, and the service was excellent. They offered roadside assistance. Returning the car was smooth.
