Picked up the car at Washington Dulles Airport. In general, it was quite convenient, but it's a bit different from other places. Here, the rental companies use their own branded vans to take customers to their specific locations. It's not a central rental point. Once you arrive, you handle the paperwork.

Good service. Initially, they gave me a Chevrolet, but I insisted on the new RAV4 I had originally selected. The elderly gentleman accommodated my request and swapped it for the RAV4.

The airport provides a free shuttle service. The pickup point is very close to the airport. There were many people, so the wait time was quite long. The car was in good condition.

Like: Car was okay. A new Mustang.
Dislike: I was charged extra 25 USD for being 1 hour late and another 30 something dollars for Surcharge which was not told me during the rental
