The store staff was quite helpful and managed to find us a Chrysler upon our request. Although it was a lower-end variant, it was the model we wanted as we are familiar with its driving features.

The lady at the rental car company was very friendly, chatting about everything. Although she worked slowly, I was very satisfied. I reserved a Ford Edge (5-seater), but got a Mazda CX-9 (7-seater) instead, which was great. Returning the car was also very quick, took just 3 minutes.

The queue was extremely long. The license plate didn't match when picking up the car, and AVS parking staff had to search for the car everywhere. After a long wait, they couldn't find it and had to replace it with another car. Overall, the car pickup process was very difficult.

Picking up the car in San Francisco was very convenient, possibly because it was early and there were no queues. Chrysler's Town and Country has immense space; it fit our group of 5 people, 5 large suitcases, and 2 small suitcases. Truly an American car—big!
