Very satisfied with the overall service. The queue time was short, they gave us an almost brand new Citroën C4, and there was no pressure to buy insurance. Both the pickup and drop-off processes were very efficient.

Both car pickup and return went smoothly, with no deductions so far. The deposit was refunded to my credit card within a few days. Very satisfied. During pickup, the salesperson will try to sell you insurance, but if you show them the printed QEEQ insurance notice, they won't insist.

After having puncture in Paris I received poor direction and service from enterprise. Having found a garage Midas and then told to take vehicle to Speedy as that was authorised. Then we had to wait around 2.5 hours for a authorisation code from enterprise before tyres could be changed. Repeatedly contacted enterprise and was passed from department to department. The hole customer service fell far short of the required standard.

Counter staff was very helpful and kind.. The vehicle was big enough but did not has good mechanic condition..
