There was only one employee at the counter who prioritized members, so I had to wait for an hour. I booked a RAV4 but got a Ford Edge instead. Despite having already paid through the platform, the store charged me again. It's been over a month and the platform still claims they are negotiating a refund. I don't understand why!

They forcibly added insurance without clear explanation and asked me to sign a poorly printed additional agreement, even though I don't understand English. The extra charges are still unresolved!
